On-site Training

We invite partners to visit HEDY every quarter to train the installation and production process, so that the partners have a better understanding of the manufacturing process and have more confidence in the quality of HEDY Medical products. Engineers provide installation instructions with their rich experience and knowledge of various installation environmental conditions. The content includes preventive maintenance, calibration, fault repair, training courses and other on-site services on request. And provide them with a technical certificate after completing the course. Hedy Medical has its own level of technical qualifications, aiming to enable technical service personnel to continuously improve their technical level. The project includes five stages of certification from "assistant" to "professional", "expert", "master" and "diploma". In addition to mastering the knowledge of HEDY products, we also invite external medical professors to teach various clinical medical knowledge, so that the senior professional medical skills of our partners can be gradually improved. Remote Training
